1968, but everyone is invited including Classes in the 60s &
70s.
Cost: $20 per
person. Needs to be paid in advance. (Instructions below).
This
includes Appetizers (chips, nachos, queso, quesadillas), Buffet Meal (3
kinds of Enchiladas and Combo Fajitas, Beans, Rice, Guacamole), Soft
Drinks or Tea (free refills), Tax, & Gratuity. Beer,Wine and
Wine
Margaritas will be available for cash purchase. No
outside alcohol
allowed.
(If you wish to bring Liquor,
limited number of bottles may be brought in if you give them to the
hostess for the bartender to serve. Must purchase set-up). Please
email Lanelle if you want to bring liquor.
Cost for those who do not
wish to eat is $7 per person.
Most
invitations will be delivered online or by word of mouth. I will
try
to keep everyone updated as to RSVPs. There is room for up to 300
people, so call all your friends. It may take me a day or two to
get
the list out of all the email addresses I have from the different
classes. Class of 68 = I have 75 people in my email
address book. I
have quite a few from Classes of 64 - 75.

used
to pay the entire food tab. We are making a sizeable deposit, and
must
give actual count to the restaurant by April 1. If you invite
friends,
please give them my email address, and I will email them this letter
and other updates. You can make copies of this and give
to them if
that is more convenient. (Refunds will only be made after the
dinner.) Payments may also be paid via PayPal.
Thanks
in advance for your courtesy at the reunion. Smoking outside or
in
designated areas only. No smoking in the banquet room. We
are
responsible for any damage or loss of property at the restaurant.
There are stairs. If
you will need assistance or wheelchair access, please notify me by
email.

Azle School
Memory Garden
The board approved drawings for the Memory Garden
to
be placed in the front of Azle High School around the memory tree
already
in place. Bricks were sold by the high school at an earlier time for
this
project. Carolyn Schlueter, Azle High School Teacher presented
information
on the project and announced that with approval by the board there will
be additional bricks sold to complete the AHS Memory Garden Project.
There
are many options for the messages to be used on the bricks. Examples
shared
for the messages included in memorial to lost students or bricks
dedicated
to past and current students or classes.
