William Auvenshine this day came into open Court and upon Motion was appointed Guardian for Nancy M. Martha J. Gatsey M. Arminda And Moses Auvenshine (they appearing in open Court & Slecting him as their choice ) Minor Children of Moses Auvenshine

together with W F Pace and R E Myers as his Securities who Severally entered into and acknowledge the execution of their bond in the final sum of One hundred & fifty dollars payable and conditioned as the Law directs_ which bond was approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded, And Said Auvenshine took the oath required by Law, preparatory to entering upon the duties of his office.
